Processing & Delivery
- On-demand and in-stock items usually ship within 1-3 buisness days of ordering. It can sometimes take up to 1-2 weeks depending on unforeseeable government rules or restrictions in your locality
- *Depending upon your address, the delivery time may vary between 2 – 14 buisness days. If your order is going to be late for any reason, we’ll do our best to let you know
Cancellations
- Any product ordered from us can be cancelled or modified within 24 hours of order placement. Any later than that, we won’t be able to stop the progress of the order
Replacement
- Products qualify for replacement only in the case of issues related to:
- Damaged or defective items
- Misprinted design
- Item lost in shipment
- The defective product should be communicated to us through [email protected] within 7 days upon the delivery with picture/video proof
- If replacement is approved, you are not allowed to change the order parameters. Only the same product will be shipped free of cost
- We do not replace or refund for any modification in order for size or color since such choices are at customer’s discretion before placing the order. A new order, at your expense, needs to be placed for an updated modification if you choose to accept or offer exchanges
