• The specific artwork we agree upon will be exclusively for KORNAYAS only. You cannot use that specific artwork in any other platforms or use it for your own business. It shall, by parts and whole, be Kornaya’s property till you are signed up with us. Any tweaking or color alterations version of artworks meant for us and sold to other third parties too shall not be entertained. We take exclusivity very seriously. We hope that works for you.
• For every sale made with your design on any of our products, you will earn a commission of 10% of the product price. The total commission earned will be transferred to you on 15^th of every month. We plan to revise the percentage as the business picks up but we cannot provide a timeframe as to when because we, like you are in a learning phase.
• We believe only the original artists know the true value of their art, so you get to fix the price! But the minimum prices for your t-shirts will be capped from ₹699 for adults, ₹599 for Kids and ₹499 for toddlers which are our standard base price. The design, colors, art form, theme and anything else you choose for your t-shirt will be totally up to your unique style and you solely will be the judge to your market. We’ll be happy to give our opinions on it just to be sure we don’t attract unnecessary attention or controversies.
• A 300 dpi resolution .png image with transparent background is expected always for best results. We love your designs on Instagram, but not all of them might be practical on a t-shirt, as some might better suit a canvas or a poster. So please make sure you design with bright attractive colors, keeping a t-shirt in mind, as canvas.
• Your name with your artwork will be a part of collaboration artist column in our website and kindly share it with your circles and social media handles so that we all benefit out of this unique collaboration.
• In case of setting up a stall or any event participation, feel free to promote your collaboration with us! That way, you can accept more orders and have more options to reach diverse crowds. We can do this! Good Luck!
• There is no time frame as to how long you have to stick with Kornaya’s. We definitely hate to see our artists go but 2 weeks’ notice in advance is mandatory.

This agreement is just basic and a work in progress. It will be updated as we grow with you. That being said, the core of our agreement will remain the same.
